GUARANTEED ARRIVAL:
A valid credit card is needed to guarantee all reservations, unless otherwise stated by your reservation agent..

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Weekday reservations require cancellation by 48 hrs prior to your arrival.

Weekend reservations require a 48hr cancellation notice unless otherwise stated by your reservation agent. If you cancel within the 48hr period prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.

If you fail to cancel, and you do not claim your room you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

GUARANTEED ARRIVAL:
Festival stays require a pre-payment by the credit card on file within 14 days prior to your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All reservations require a 14-Day cancellation notice. If you cancel within the 14-Day period prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to your entire stay will be charged. Non negotiable and non refundable. There is no cancellation fee for canceling before 14 days prior to your stay.
